This project, in design process currently, is a detached office and storage space for a growing family. The abstract layout involves building the office in-place of the on-site parking space. The City of Tucson currently requires homes to have on-site parking for the main house so in order to build this design, the owners will have to ask the city for a variance. This is also located in a Historic District so historic reviews are required. Axel is the Architect.
